"I want a new software some thing like ERP for my business; at present I am on a desktop based accounting software and it has limitations on the type of reports I need and most important is I cannot use it and need to depend on my accountant to get me all the reports; and if that person is on leave I have scramble all over the place to get a report." - is what I hear from most of my clients and prospects.
By the way let me tell you about these prospects or cleints of mine mostly belong to SMB segment, like manufacturing units, trading units, educational institutions, Government organisations.
So now most of them dont have an IT department as they are not that large; so one need to identify a good project coordintor to get the requriements as the most the time the head of the instiution or the owner may not be available.
